富士山の登山規制 静岡県の条例施行 山梨と両県で入山料徴収へ
富士山の登山規制のための静岡県の条例が9日施行され、ことしの夏山シーズンから山梨県との両県で入山料の徴収などが行われます。静岡側の登山口を訪れた観光客たちからは、規制の必要性に理解を示す声が聞かれました。
富士山の登山をめぐり、いわゆる「弾丸登山」や相次ぐ遭難が問題となっていることを受けて、登山者1人当たり4000円の入山料を徴収することや、静岡側に3つある5合目の登山口の通行時間を規制することなどを定めた、静岡県の条例が9日施行されました。
一方、山梨県もことしの夏山シーズンから通行料を1人4000円に上げることにしています。
静岡側ではことし7月10日に山開きを予定していますが、9日、富士宮口の5合目にはすでに多くの観光客が訪れていました。
福岡県から夫婦で訪れた60代の男性は「登山規制が行われることは知らなかったが、人命に関わることなので、必要なことだと思う」と話していました。
一方、登山道が閉鎖されているにもかかわらず、柵を乗り越えて進む登山者の姿も見られました。
条例に罰則規定はなく、山開きを迎えて規制が始まったあと、いかにルールを守ってもらうかが課題となっています。
また、静岡県は9日から専用のアプリで入山料の支払いなど登山に必要な手続きを事前に行う登録システムの運用を始めていて、午後3時の時点で523人が登録を済ませたということです。
