日本テレビHD 国分太一氏の問題行為 外部委の最終意見書を公表
解散した人気グループ「TOKIO」の国分太一氏のコンプライアンス上の問題行為について、日本テレビホールディングスは外部の有識者でつくる委員会の最終意見書を公表し、再発防止に向けたガバナンス体制の強化などが提言されました。
日本テレビホールディングスは、国分太一氏によるコンプライアンス上の問題行為を理由に番組を降板させた傘下の日本テレビの対応などをめぐって、外部の弁護士などからなる「ガバナンス評価委員会」の最終意見書を29日公表しました。
それによりますと、会社側が国分氏の問題行為を明らかにしなかったことについてプライバシー保護の観点から「具体的な説明を行うことは難しく、やむをえないものと思われる」とした上で、会社側の一連の対応については「事案に即した適切なものであった」としています。
その上で、再発防止に向けて不祥事が起きた際に社内の情報を収集し適切な判断を行うための仕組みを整えるなど基本的なルールを定めることを検討すべきだとしているほか、すべての社員に向けた危機管理上の行動指針を策定し、周知を徹底することなどが提言されました。
日本テレビホールディングスの福田博之社長は、会見で、「意見書の内容をしっかり受け止め、社員はじめ関係者に浸透させ信頼されるテレビ局として発展していけるよう日本テレビ一丸となって取り組んでいきたい」と述べました。
