JA全中会長“備蓄米 円滑な流通に努める” 夏まで毎月放出で
江藤農林水産大臣が、政府の備蓄米の放出をことし夏まで毎月実施すると表明したことについて、JA全中＝全国農業協同組合中央会の山野徹会長は今後も、政府と協力し、コメの円滑な流通に努める考えを示しました。
江藤農林水産大臣は9日、政府の備蓄米の放出をことし夏まで毎月実施すると表明しました。
これについて、JA全中の山野会長は10日の定例の記者会見で、「JAグループは、JA全農を中心にこれまでも備蓄米の応札に取り組んできた。市場が安定し、多くの消費者に国産のコメを食べてもらえるよう円滑な流通に努めたい」と述べ、今後も、政府と協力し、コメの円滑な流通に努める考えを示しました。
一方、コメの価格高騰が続いていることについては、「先月末から、備蓄米の店頭での販売が始まっているが、流通が本格化するまでにはまだまだ時間がかかることが見込まれる」と述べ、備蓄米の流通によって価格が落ち着くにはもうしばらく時間がかかるという見通しを示しました。
一方、USTR＝アメリカ通商代表部のグリア代表が、日本側と農産物の市場開放について協議したい意向を示していることに関連し、会見に同席した藤間則和常務理事は「すでにアメリカから多くの農畜産物を輸入しているので、その点はアメリカ側にご認識いただきたい」と述べました。
