セーラー万年筆、伝統工芸を応用した「CYLINT 万年筆・ボールペン 新潟漆器」
セーラー万年筆は、「CYLINT 万年筆・ボールペン 新潟漆器」を4月26日に発売する。価格は万年筆が110,000円、ボールペンが55,000円。全国のセーラー万年筆取扱店で購入可能。

CYLINTシリーズは、金属ベースの万年筆・ボールペンに表面加飾を施し、日常使い出来る筆記具シリーズ。今回登場する新潟漆器モデルでは、金属の冷たさと漆塗りによる温かみを融合し、独特の質感と筆記体験を実現した。
仕上げには「石目塗り」が採用されており、ざらつきのある手触りと高い耐久性が特徴。新潟漆器は江戸時代から続く伝統工芸で、彩りや模様の多様さから「変わり塗の宝庫」とも称されている。本商品は新潟市の伝統的技法を応用し、金属への漆塗りを可能にするまで数年の試行錯誤を重ねたという。
万年筆は21金の中型ペン先を採用し、字幅は細字・中字・太字の3種を展開。ステンレス製の軸と蓋に石目塗りが施され、真鍮製パーツにはゴールドIP仕上げがなされている。重量は約37.9g。本体にはインクカートリッジ2本、クリーニングクロスなどが同梱される。
一方、ボールペンは回転式で、0.7mmの油性ブラックインクを採用。替芯は「18-0500」に対応し、重量は約49.4g。金属部品には万年筆と同じくゴールドIP仕上げを施している。伝統工芸と現代技術を融合したこの製品は、2023年に新潟市で開催されたG7財務大臣・中央銀行総裁会議でも同系統の漆器が使用されており、国際的な舞台でも注目を集めている。
