日本のセキュリティ人材の 74％、2023年に昇給なし
ヘイズ・スペシャリスト・リクルートメント・ジャパン株式会社は4月1日、「ヘイズグローバルサイバーセキュリティレポート」を発表した。
同レポートは2023年10から12月に、世界47ヶ国のサイバーセキュリティリーダー1,127名を対象に実施した調査結果をまとめたもので、優秀なサイバーセキュリティ人材を採用する方法やAIがセキュリティに与える影響、企業の投資動向について解説している。
同レポートによると、自社のニーズに合ったサイバーセキュリティ人材を採用できる自信があると回答した企業は、世界全体では39％のところ、日本はわずか23％に止まった。企業が全体として採用に慎重な姿勢を見せるなかで、サイバーセキュリティ人材の採用を増やしたと答えた回答者は世界全体の53％に対し、日本は26％であった。
日本のサイバーセキュリティ人材の74％が2023年に昇給はなかったと回答したのに対し、世界全体では44％であった。10％の昇給を実施したのは、世界全体では17％に対し、日本企業はわずか8.6％であった。
今後2年以内にAIツールに関するトレーニングを始める予定と答えたのは、世界全体の38.5％に対し、日本では12.5％にとどまった。また、世界全体の回答の約2倍となる53％の日本企業がトレーニングを計画していなかった。
ヘイズ・ジャパンのマネージング・ディレクターを務めるグラント・トレンズ氏は、「サイバーセキュリティ分野では人材不足が続いており、企業が求めるスキルをもつ人材は高い年収を得られる可能性が高くなります。その結果、セキュリティチームの拡大を目指す企業にとっては困難な状況になっています。企業は、人材・スキル不足が対処するために、従来とは異なるトランスファブルスキル（他分野に応用可能なスキル）をもつ人材を探したり、従業員のスキルアップに投資することが非常に重要です」とコメントしている。
