findと京王電鉄、東京都交通局は、「落とし物クラウドfind」を活用した直通路線における横断検索機能の提供を開始した。findが提供する「横断検索サービス」に京王電鉄が参画することで実現した。今回の対応により、相互乗り入れを行なう都営地下鉄新宿線と京王電鉄全線間において、忘れ物の一括照会が可能になる。直通列車を利用した乗客の「どちらの事業者に問い合わせるべきか分からない」という手間を解消、発見率向上に貢献するとしている。また、両事業者の窓口の対応コスト削減と、スムーズな返却も見込む。京王線と都営新宿線は1980年から相互直通運転を行なっているが、忘れ物がどちらに届いたのか分からないという声は多く、長年の課題だったとしている。
