浜松町・貿易センタービル周辺開発 46階建タワマン完成
世界貿易センタービル建替えを始めとした再開発が進められている浜松町駅周辺エリアにおいて、46階建て、総戸数389戸の大規模タワーマンション「WORLD TOWER RESIDENCE(ワールドタワーレジデンス)」が完成した。

世界貿易センタービルディング、鹿島建設、三井不動産レジデンシャル、三菱地所レジデンス、東京建物の5社が参加組合員として事業参画している「浜松町二丁目地区第一種市街地再開発事業」のプロジェクト。同事業ではマンションのほか、事務所、商業施設、港区立みなと芸術センターなどを整備する。24年11月にワールドタワーレジデンスを含む高層部(共同住宅・事務所等)が竣工し、27年5月の全体竣工(港区立みなと芸術センター・商業施設等)を目指している。
ワールドタワーレジデンスは浜松町駅から徒歩2分で直結。近隣には旧芝離宮恩賜庭園や芝公園等があり、今後の駅前開発で商業施設が整備されることから、都心でありながら自然と利便性に優れた住環境としている。
間取りは、専有面積40m2台の1LDK から148m2台の3LDKまでを用意。住宅共用部には、カフェラウンジ、パーティールーム、バー、フィットネスルーム、ゴルフラウンジ等の施設やサービスを備える。
また、5社とNTT東日本-南関東は、バカンが提供するシステムを用いた「スミカレジデンスアプリ」を共同開発。入居者はスマホやPCから、住宅共用施設の混雑状況の確認や予約、管理組合からのお知らせの確認ができる。
カフェラウンジやフィットネスルームなどの混雑状況をリアルタイムに確認できるため、利用したい時に使えないというストレスを解決する。また予約機能によって、コワーキングスペース、パーティールームなどを利用する際の、コンシェルジュを通した申請が不要となる。
ワールドタワーレジデンスの所在地は東京都港区浜松町二丁目3番9号。敷地面積は5,888.55m2。
