エンダースキーマが信楽焼のノタアンドデザインと協業。レザーと陶器を再解釈
エンダースキーマ（Hender Scheme）は、滋賀・信楽を拠点に活動するノタアンドデザイン（NOTA&design）との協業によるカプセルコレクションを発表。
5月16日（土）より、エンダースキーマ直営店「スキマ」全店舗およびオフィシャルオンラインショップにて発売される。
また、NOTA&designが運営するNOTA_SHOPでは、6月13日（土）から7月12日（日）まで、本プロジェクトの世界観を体感できる展示も開催。カプセルコレクションに加え、エンダースキーマのインラインアイテムも並ぶ特別な空間となる。

本コレクションは、“NEW CRAFT”をキーワードに制作。伝統的なクラフト技術を用いながら、現代的なアイデアへと落とし込む両者の姿勢が交差したプロジェクトだ。ベジタブルタンニンレザーを用いたエンダースキーマのプロダクトと、ノタアンドデザインによる信楽焼のプロダクトを互いの素材で再解釈。レザーと陶器という異素材を横断しながら、製品本来の用途や機能を置き換えることで、新たな価値や奥行きを生み出している。
ノタアンドデザインは、エンダースキーマのレザープロダクトを陶器として再構築。制作には還元焼成を採用し、釉薬を使わず焼き締めによって仕上げることで、レザーのようなマットな質感や風合いを表現している。窯内の温度や火の当たり方、湿度などによって表情が大きく変化する繊細な技法のため、何度も焼成と検証を重ねながら理想的な質感を追求したという。焼き締め特有の無垢な表情は、ヌメ革とも共鳴。使い込むことで深みを増していく点も共通しており、時間とともに経年変化を楽しめるプロダクトとして完成している。
陶器のコレクションでは、「cup」「plate #18/#25」「coaster」といったテーブルウェアをはじめ、「wall pot」「clock」「bowl」「shell bowl small/big」など、全7型をラインナップ。 一点ごとに異なる焼き物ならではの色味や表情が魅力で、クラフト感を残しながらもミニマルな佇まいに仕上げられている。
一方エンダースキーマは、NOTA&designの「wall pot」をベジタブルタンニンレザーによって再解釈。本来は花器として用いられるプロダクトをレザーへと置き換えることで、有機的なフォルムを持つ壁掛けオブジェのような存在へと再構成した。制作には伝統的なウェットフォーム技法に加え、3Dプリンターによる成形型や手縫いによる縫製を採用。クラフトと現代技術が交差するプロセスも、本コレクションを象徴する要素となっている。また、「coaster」には本コレクションのためにベジタブルタンニンレザーを採用。陶器版と厚みを揃え、両ブランドのロゴ刻印や丁寧なコバ処理を施すことで、素材違いのプロダクトが自然に共存する構成となっている。
