はくさいとキャベツの平均価格 平年の2.6倍程度 高値続く
スーパーなどでのはくさいとキャベツの平均価格は、先週の時点で平年の2.6倍程度と高値が続いていて、農林水産省は、2月中は平年を上回る状況が続くとみています。
農林水産省は、はくさいやキャベツなど8品目の野菜について、今月10日から12日にかけてのスーパーなどでの平均価格を調査し、18日発表しました。
それによりますと、はくさいの1キロあたりの平均価格は、前の週から19円上昇し375円となりました。これは平年の2.6倍程度で、6週連続で2倍以上の高値が続いています。
また、キャベツの平均価格は前の週から10円上昇し410円で、こちらも平年の2.6倍程度となりました。キャベツの価格は去年の年末から1月にかけて一時、平年の3倍以上に高騰し、その後やや落ち着きつつありますが、依然として高値が続いています。
農林水産省によりますと、いずれも主な産地で雨が少なかったことなどから小ぶりのものが多く、出荷量の減少が高値につながっているということです。
農林水産省は、今月中は出荷量の減少が続くことから、価格が平年を上回る状況が続くとみています。
このほかレタスとだいこんが平年の1.5倍程度、ねぎとにんじんが1.4倍程度となるなど、調査した8品目すべてで平均価格が平年を上回りました。
