AI時代のメールアプリ「Notionメール」開始 英語版から
Notionは4月16日、AIによる自動化とパーソナライズ機能を備えた新しいメールアプリ「Notionメール」の一般提供を開始した。価格は無料。まずは英語版から提供し、日本語を含む多言語化は今後対応予定。
「Notionメール」はGmailと連携するメールアプリ。ドキュメントやプロジェクト管理ツールを提供するNotionのインターフェイスを踏襲し、AI技術を活用してメールの作成や整理、スケジューリングを効率化する。
AIを活用し自身の業務に合わせて受信トレイをパーソナライズ。メール作成や管理に関わるタスクを、大幅に向上できるという。AIがメールを分類・ラベル付けし、文章提案機能によって効率的な返信を支援。カレンダーとの連携によりスムーズな会議設定も可能。
また、プロジェクトやチーム単位でのカスタムビュー表示にも対応し、Notion特有のショートカットやリッチテキスト編集も活用できる。セキュリティ面では、GDPRやCCPA、SOC2(Type1)、HIPAAに準拠しており、AIの学習にユーザーデータは使用されない。
