Dropbox、横断ツールの検索強化 AI分析なども
Dropbox Japanは、「Dropbox Dash」の新機能を発表した。Dropbox Dashは今後日本でも提供を予定している。
Dropbox Dashでは、接続されたさまざまなツールやアプリなどのプラットフォームから、横断的に情報を検索・収集できるナレッジ管理/検索サービス。アップデートにより、新たに動画・画像検索の機能と、AIによる文書の作成や分析・要約を支援する機能が搭載される。Microsoft TeamsやSlack、Canva、Jiraなどの主要アプリとも連携する。セキュリティも強化され、アクセス権限の一元管理が可能になった。
例えば、ファイル名を正確に覚えていない場合でも、「東京駅で撮影した春のキャンペーンの写真」や「カスタマーイベントで使った同意書のスキャン」といった検索で目的のコンテンツを探すことが可能。今後はユーザー検索機能も追加される予定で、社内の人も見つけやすくなる。
AIによる文書の作成・予約支援では、「先月の顧客調査の主要なポイントは何」といった質問に対し、レポートや議事録、Slackでのやり取りなどを分析し、数秒で包括的な要約を提供する。プロジェクト計画を作成するといった利用でも、資料の下書きを作成でき、文章のトーンも指定可能。
このほかDropbax Dashにはカスタム除外設定も用意されており、接続されたアプリ内の特定の書類やデータを検索結果から除外できる。
