パーク24は23日、タイムズカーのWebシステムへの不正アクセスによる情報漏えいの第5報を公表し、対象者に見舞金として3,000円相当の現金または金券を渡すと発表した。調査では、タイムズクラブのWebシステムへの不正アクセスも確認された。
見舞金の対象は、暗号化された運転免許証などの本人確認書類画像データについて、アクセスおよび外部送信の痕跡が確認された利用者。具体的な内容や受け渡し方法は検討中で、決まり次第、対象者に案内する。
本人確認書類の画像は、従来約160万件に漏えいのおそれがあるとしていたが、詳細調査で外部送信の痕跡が確認されたのは約146万件だった。同社は、暗号化されているため直ちに画像が閲覧可能になったことを意味しない一方、将来的に復号される可能性は完全には否定できないとしている。
同社は、本人確認書類の画像を会員登録完了後は保有しない運用に変更。従来は会員期間中と退会後7年間保有していたが、現在保有する画像データは10月末までに削除する。
