日立、アンソロピックと戦略提携 HMAX強化や社員29万人のAI活用
日立製作所は19日、Anthropic(アンソロピック)と戦略的協業を開始したと発表した。ドメイン知識とAIを掛け合わせて社会課題を解決する「Lumada 3.0」において、ClaudeをはじめとするAnthropicのAIを導入し、社会インフラソリューション「HMAX」を強化していく。
具体的には、Claudeが持つ高度なコード生成・解析能力と、日立が持つミッションクリティカル領域でのシステムエンジニアリング力を融合させ、顧客のシステム開発・運用の効率と品質向上を実現。顧客の迅速な新サービス立ち上げやデータ主導のビジネス変革などのAXを後押ししていく。さらに、金融、交通、電力といった重要インフラを対象に、セキュリティ専門組織「Cyber CoE」とAnthropicが連携し、サイバー攻撃の検知や対応を高度化する。
また、日立グループ約29万人を対象に、全ビジネスプロセスでの先端AI活用を推進。Claudeによる、ソフトウェア開発における工数削減、コーポレート業務の効率化、ハードウェアの保守・運用業務の自動化(障害対応や手順書作成など)に対応。営業、企画部門など非エンジニアも含めたあらゆる職種で業務改革に活用する。
さらに高い推論能力を持つClaudeをHMAXの各ソリューションに取り入れることで、「自然言語による直感的な設備管理」を通じたダウンタイムの極小化や、「高度なアルゴリズムによる保全業務の最適化」による運用コストの削減などを目指す。
これらに向けて、日立はAI協業エコシステムの中核となるグローバル組織「Frontier AI Deployment Center」を始動。AnthropicのApplied AI担当者と、日立のIT・OT・プロダクトやセキュリティの専門家からなる共同チームが参画。約100名から300名規模を目標に拡大し、フィジカルAI領域におけるユースケースの協創、技術実装支援、ソリューション開発を強化していく。
