はくさいの平均価格 平年の約3倍 キャベツも2.7倍の高値に
はくさいのスーパーなどでの平均価格が、先週の時点では、平年のおよそ3倍となり、高値が続いています。キャベツも平年の2.7倍の高値となっていて、農林水産省は、3月も、キャベツやはくさいは、平年を上回る状況が続く見込みだとしています。
農林水産省は、はくさいやキャベツなど8品目の野菜について、2月25日と26日の2日間、スーパーなどでの平均価格を調査し、3日、発表しました。
それによりますと、はくさいは1キロあたり430円で、平年のおよそ3倍でした。
はくさいは、ことし1月以降、8週連続で平年の2倍以上の高値が続いています。
また、同じく高値が続いているキャベツも、先週は、1キロあたり424円と平年のおよそ2.7倍となりました。
農林水産省によりますと、この冬、主な産地で雨が少なかったことで、はくさいやキャベツの出荷量が減少し、高値につながっているということです。
このほか、だいこんやねぎも、平年のおよそ1.6倍となるなど、調査したすべての品目で、平均価格が平年を上回りました。
農林水産省は、キャベツやはくさいは3月いっぱいは、平年より高値の状態が続く見込みだとしています。
