トランプ政権の10％関税「違法」と判断 米国際貿易裁判所

アメリカの国際貿易裁判所はトランプ政権がことし2月に日本を含む幅広い国や地域を対象に発動した10％の新たな関税措置について7日、違法だとする判断を示しました。

この措置は、連邦最高裁判所が「IEEPA＝国際緊急経済権限法」を根拠に「相互関税」などを課す権限は大統領に与えられていないとする判断を示したことを受けて、代替措置として発動されました。
