中部電力 専務執行役員の辞任発表 複数人へのセクハラ発言で
中部電力は、片山明彦専務執行役員が、複数人に対してセクハラにあたる発言をしていたとして、24日付けで辞任したと発表しました。事案を極めて重く受け止めるとして、林欣吾社長も、役員報酬の一部を自主的に返上します。
中部電力によりますと、24日付けで辞任したのは、原子力本部の副本部長を務める片山明彦専務執行役員です。
今月、片山専務執行役員の不適切な言動について社内から訴えがあり、外部の弁護士などによる調査を進めたところ、複数人に対するセクハラにあたる発言が認められたということです。
調査結果を受けて、会社が24日の取締役会で辞任勧告を決議したところ、本人から辞任届が提出され、受理されました。
会社は、事案を極めて重く受け止めるとして、林社長も月例報酬の20％を4月から2か月間、自主的に返上するとしています。
