今週末は「山手線」「京浜東北線」で運休 羽田空港アクセス線工事
JR東日本は、羽田空港アクセス線(仮称)整備における田町駅付近線路切換工事のため、山手線外回りと京浜東北線の一部区間を、4月19日(土)は終日、4月20日(日)は始発から12時頃まで運休とします。

4月19日に終日運休となるのは、山手線外回り 上野→東京→大崎駅間、京浜東北線 東十条～品川駅間です。そのほか、山手線内回り 大崎→東京→上野も、始発から朝5時頃まで運休となります。
運休区間以外でも本数を減らして運転する区間があり、山手線外回りが通常の4割程度、山手線内回りが通常の7割程度、京浜東北線が通常の6割程度の本数となります。
4月20日の始発から12時頃まで運休となるのは、山手線内回りおよび外回り 上野～東京～大崎駅間、京浜東北線 東十条～品川駅間です。
運休区間以外では、山手線外回りが通常の5割程度、山手線内回りが通常の4割程度、京浜東北線が通常の6割程度の本数となります。
京浜東北線は両日ともに快速運転は行なわず、終日各駅停車での運転となります。
振替輸送は東京メトロや都営地下鉄、私鉄各線などで実施されます。振替輸送を利用する際は、運休区間のきっぷ・定期券・回数券等が必要です。ICカード乗車券およびICカード定期券の定期区間外の場合は、振替輸送は利用できません。
羽田空港アクセス線は、宇都宮線・高崎線・常磐線方面から羽田空港へのダイレクトアクセスを実現するため、JR東日本が2031年度の開業を目指して進めている計画で、東京駅からは約18分で到着可能となる予定です。
