【首都圏】住み続けたい街の「駅」ランキング。青山一丁目や横須賀を抑えた1位は？
大東建託株式会社（東京都港区）が9月3日に、「いい部屋ネット 街の幸福度＆住み続けたい街ランキング2025＜首都圏版＞」を公開しました。

ランキングは不動産情報サイト「いい部屋ネット」で2019年から行われており、実際に住んでいる人たちを対象に行なった調査が基になっているとのことです。
リリースでは、「街の幸福度」と「住み続けたい街」の2種類を自治体ごとと駅ごとに集計した4つのランキングが明らかになりました。
今回は、大東建託のリリースをもとに「住み続けたい街（駅）」ランキングを紹介します。
駅ごとの「住み続けたい街」ランキングで首位に輝いたのは、渋谷区に位置する東急東横線の代官山駅！
恵比寿と渋谷の中間に位置した好立地で、3年連続で1位を獲得しているとのことです。
2位は京王井の頭線の新代田駅で3位は小田急線の東北沢駅という結果に。
どちらも1位の代官山駅とは違い、世田谷区の閑静なエリアなのも興味深いですね。

ランキングは2021年〜2025年の期間、首都圏（東京都・神奈川県・千葉県・埼玉県）に居住している20歳以上の男女を対象にインターネット経由で調査票を配布・回収したデータをもとに作られているとのことです。
