新築マンションにライザップ無人フィットネスジム
RIZAP(ライザップ)は日鉄興和不動産と協働で、新築賃貸マンション「リビオメゾン新大阪」の共用部内にRIZAPが監修した無人運営のフィットネスジムを設置する。マンション共用部内にライザップ監修フィットネスジムが設置されるのは初の試みとなる。また、居住者を対象にライザップトレーナーによる健康啓発も行なう。

リビオメゾン新大阪において、パーソナルトレーニングジム「ライザップ」のようなシックで落ち着きのあるトレーニング空間に、コンビニジム「チョコザップ」で使用しているトレーニングマシンを設置する。
無人運営のため、トレーニング初心者や高齢者などでも利用できるよう、チョコザップの安全性や使いやすさと、ライザップの長所をミックスした設計を採用した。
また、月に1回ライザップトレーナーを派遣し、同マンション居住者を対象とした健康相談や運動や食事の指導を行なうイベントを実施する。
協業のきっかけは、日鉄興和不動産からのライザップへのオファー。日鉄興和不動産は、スポーツジムに出かけることなく自宅マンション内で利用できるようにすることで、運動不足に悩みながらもジムに通う時間の取れない入居者の健康に配慮したとしている。
