石川 輪島 舳倉島への定期航路再開目指し 仮桟橋で接岸試験
去年1月の能登半島地震以降、運休が続いている、石川県輪島市の離島、舳倉島への定期航路について、28日、輪島港で再開を目指して、仮の桟橋を使った接岸試験が行われました。
輪島市の離島、舳倉島と輪島港を片道およそ1時間半かけて結ぶ定期航路は、これまで1日1往復運航されていましたが、能登半島地震以降、運休が続いています。
船を所有する輪島市などは、定期船「希海」について、地震で海底が隆起した港のしゅんせつ作業が進んだこともあり、輪島港で仮の桟橋を使った接岸試験を行いました。
船は午前9時半ごろに港に到着し、運航を担う会社や北陸信越運輸局、それに県奥能登土木総合事務所からおよそ20人が集まり、安全に問題がないか確認しました。
その結果、当初使う予定だった仮の桟橋は接岸に必要な高さが足りず、今回は急きょ漁業者用の仮桟橋を使ったということで、今後整備が必要だということです。
輪島市復興推進課の田中義則課長は「7月に解禁する海女漁に合わせて一日でも早く再開できればと思って試験を行った。運航の再開が舳倉島の復興の一歩になればと思う」と話していました。
