【カルディ】1袋88円の「旨辛スープ」がコスパばつぐん！春雨のぷりぷり食感が絶妙で、ストックしたい美味しさです《実食レビュー》

その中から、今回ご紹介したいのは「春雨担担スープ 5p」価格は440円（以下、すべて税込）です。
公式サイトの商品レビューやSNSで「バチクソうまいな、これはリピートしよう」「ずっと売って欲しい」「ちょっと辛めでお肉入ってておいしい」と高評価の声が寄せられていた商品です。
旨辛な味が大好きな筆者なので、思わず店舗に走りました。
パッケージは、赤・緑・黄色の鮮やかな背景に、2匹の勇ましい虎と春雨坦々スープが描かれたデザイン。
中国の伝統的なアートみたいで、店内でもひときわ目立っていました。
中には「春雨」と「具入り粉末スープ」「味噌ダレ」が、それぞれ5袋ずつ入っています。
最初に「春雨」と「具入り粉末スープ」をカップに入れ、熱湯を160mlそそいで3分。最後に「味噌ダレ」を入れてよくかき混ぜたら、あっという間にできあがります。
中華料理屋さんに入った時のような匂いがほんのりとただよい、思わずぐーっとお腹がなりました。
スープは、濃厚な味噌の旨みにピリッとしたほどよい辛さがアクセントになっていておいしい！
香辛料もマイルドなので、辛さが苦手な人でもチャレンジしやすそうです。
春雨は細くてぷりぷり。旨辛なスープをしっかりと絡めてツルンと喉を通っていくのがたまりません。
スープの中には、しゃきしゃきとした小ネギや、肉感を残した小粒なひき肉が入っていて、食感のアクセントになっています。
全てがおいしくて、気づけばゴクゴクっと最後まで飲み干していました。旨辛な味わいが、喉の奥にじんわり残って、満足感たっぷり！
食べ終わったあとに、ご飯を入れて楽しめばよかったなと思うほど、スープの旨みがたっぷりでした。春雨や野菜などを追加したら、おかずスープにもなりそうです。
3分でさっと作れるのも嬉しい！1食あたり88円とお手頃なので、後もう一品欲しい時や小腹が空いたとき用にストックしておきたいと思います。
