国内最古の鋳造貨幣「富本銭」など3件が新たに国宝に指定
奈良県の遺跡から出土した国内最古の鋳造貨幣とされる「富本銭」など3件が新たに国宝に指定されることになりました。
文化庁の文化審議会は26日、3件の美術工芸品を新たに国宝に指定するよう答申しました。
このうち奈良県明日香村の飛鳥時代の遺跡から出土した国内最古の鋳造貨幣とされる「富本銭」や鋳型など合わせて643点は、律令国家の形成期の官営工房を示すものとして価値が極めて高いとしています。
また孔子の「論語」の注釈書の写本「論語疏巻第六」は、6世紀ごろの中国で書かれた世界的にも最重要写本の1つとされるもので、現在は慶應義塾大学で保管されています。
このほか京都市の東福寺の「五百羅漢図」は、室町時代の絵仏師明兆の作品で、日本絵画史上の記念碑的存在だと評価されています。
このほか重要文化財として▽鎌倉時代に制作された源頼朝の最古の肖像彫刻や▽福岡県大牟田市の三池炭鉱で使用された鉱山用の電気機関車など46件が新たに指定されます。
