VAIO、ノートPCのバッテリー無償交換を拡充　ノジマ以外でも対応

VAIOは3日、ノートPCの経年劣化したバッテリーを無償で交換する「VAIOバッテリー保証サービス」の対象を拡大し、2026年2月以降に購入した個人および法人向けの最新PC全ラインナップへ展開すると発表した。 同サービスは、25年12月からノジマ店舗で購入した一部機種のみを対象に実施してきたもので、好評を受けて適用範囲を拡大する。メーカー標準保証として、購入から1年を超えたバッテリー経年劣化まで対象とする取り組みは国内初となる。 個人向け製品は3年以内に満充電容量が80%以下、法人向け製品は4年以内に60%以下になった場合に、無償でバッテリーを交換する。満充電容量は「VAIOの設定」アプリ内の「バッテリー状態」から確認できる。 対象機種は26年2月1日以降に購入したVAIO PCで、個人向けは「VAIO SX12」「VAIO S13」「VAIO SX14」「VAIO SX14-R」「VAIO F14」「VAIO F16」、法人向けは「VAIO Pro PJ」「VAIO Pro PG」「VAIO Pro PK」「VAIO Pro PK-R」「VAIO Pro BK」「VAIO Pro BM」が含まれる。 交換時には、対象ノートPC本体と購入日が確認できるものが必要。個人向けは3年経過後、法人向けは4年経過後はサービス対象外となる。
