新Vポイント、TポイントとのID連携を一時停止
4月22日、TポイントとVポイントの統合が始まり、両ポイントの“連携”もスタートした。しかし、11時頃から稼働確認中として、TポイントとVポイントにおけるID連携を行なう機能を停止している。

そのため、従来のVポイントについてはカードを利用してVポイントを貯めることはできるが、Vポイント残高や加算状況の確認ができない状態になっている。
また、モバイルVカード(モバイルTカード)でも、Vポイント提携先の店頭でモバイルVカードが一時的に利用できない状態となっている。モバイルVカードの表示ができずにVポイントを貯めることができなかった場合、該当レシートを添付のうえ、申請フォームから問い合わせるよう呼びかけている。
