IPA が相談窓口にチャットボット導入、ただし選択肢を選ぶシナリオ型
情報処理推進機構（IPA）は6月25日、IPAが国民に向けて開設している「情報セキュリティ安心相談窓口」において、よくあるご相談の一部についてチャットボットでも対処方法等を案内していると発表した。

同窓口は、一般的な情報セキュリティ（主にウイルスや不正アクセス）に関する技術的な相談に対してアドバイスを提供するもの。相談はメールや電話での受付となっているが、チャットボットによる対応を開始した。電話相談の受付時間外(夜間・休日等)も利用可能となる。
現時点でチャットボットは文字入力による応答には対応しておらず、選択肢の中から選ぶシナリオ型での提供となる。被害等に遭った相談者が個人情報等を入力してしまう懸念に慎重に対処した。「情報セキュリティ安心相談窓口」および「情報セキュリティに関する技術的なご相談」窓口において画面右下に表示されている吹き出しマークを押すと、チャットウィンドウが開き選択肢が表示される。現在の状況に近いものを選択していくことで、対処方法が表示される。
相談の途中でメニューのトップに戻りたい場合や、チャットログのリセットを行いたい場合は、チャット欄の右上に表示されているごみ箱マークを選択する。現在、チャットボットで案内している回答は次の通りとなる。
・パソコンの偽セキュリティ警告（サポート詐欺）への対応
・スマートフォンの偽セキュリティ警告への対応
・フィッシングメールへの対応
・宅配便の偽SMSへの対応
・性的な映像をばらまくと恐喝するメールへの対応
・不正ログインへの対応
・ワンクリック詐欺への対応
