マンションから住宅街を撮影した映像には、強い雨が降る中、突然、雷が落ちて大きな音とともに電柱から火花が飛び散る様子が収められています。

撮影した50代の男性によりますと、雷が落ちてから10秒ほど停電したということです。

男性は「大雨の様子を撮影していたところ、大きな音と共に雷が落ちたので非常に驚きました」と話していました。

湿った空気の影響で関東の内陸部では局地的に雨雲が発達していますが、前線が関東甲信を南下する影響で関東の平野部でも大気の状態が非常に不安定になる見込みです。

関東では1時間に50ミリの非常に激しい雨が降るおそれがあり、気象庁は低い土地の浸水や川の増水に十分注意するよう呼びかけています。道路冠水や地下施設の浸水にも十分注意してください。土砂災害、落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風にも注意が必要です。
