旧文通費の使途公開や残額返還を義務づけ「改正歳費法」が成立
旧文通費、現在の「調査研究広報滞在費」をめぐり、1年ごとに使いみちの公開や残額の返還を行うことを義務づけるなどとした改正歳費法が、20日の参議院本会議で全会一致で可決・成立しました。
旧文通費のあり方をめぐっては、衆参両院の議院運営委員会のもとに設置された与野党協議会が、1年ごとに報告書を提出する形で使いみちを公開し、残額の返還を行うことをそれぞれ義務づけるなどとした歳費法の改正案をまとめ、今週17日の衆議院本会議で全会一致で可決しました。
20日は、参議院本会議で採決が行われ、改正歳費法は全会一致で可決・成立しました。
成立した改正法の付則では、法律の施行日は、来年8月1日と定めており、与野党の協議会では、使いみちの範囲に加え、公開や返還方法の詳細について協議し、施行までに結論を出す方針です。
