備えが必要と感じるが BCP で想定していないリスク「情報セキュリティ」ダントツ 1 位 ～ 東京商工会議所 調査
東京商工会議所は8月18日、「会員企業の災害・リスク対策に関するアンケート」の2025年調査結果について発表した。
東京商工会議所では2014年5月に東京都と締結した「東京の防災力向上のための連携協力に関する協定」の一環として、会員企業の防災対策の実態把握を目的に毎年、会員企業の災害・リスク対策に関するアンケート調査を実施している。2025年調査では、会員企業18,252件を対象に調査票を送付し、1,352件の回答を得ている。
同調査によると、BCP策定率は2017年度以降ゆるやかに増加し、約4割がBCPを策定済みと回答した一方で、約3割の企業はBCP・防災計画ともに未策定で、大企業のBCP策定率は6割を超える一方で、中小企業の策定率は3割に満たない結果となった。
BCP未策定企業に課題を尋ねたところ、「人員や時間に余裕がない」との回答が5割以上となり、「具体的な対策方法が分からない」が44.2％、「費用に余裕がない」が25.3％、「具体的なリスクが分からない」が16.9％で続いた。
BCP策定済企業に備えが必要だと感じるリスクを尋ねたところ、「情報セキュリティ」を挙げた企業は80.3％あったが、BCPで「情報セキュリティ」を想定しているリスクとしているのは44.1％で、その差は36.2％となり、他のリスクと比べ最大であった。
BCP・防災計画未策定企業に備えが必要だと感じるリスクを尋ねたところ、「情報セキュリティ」は61.3％となった。
