パフェ専門店みたいな美味しさ！サンマルクの「贅沢スイーツ」お芋の濃厚な甘さがたまりません！《実食レビュー》
こだわりのコーヒーとデザートが楽しめるベーカリーカフェ「サンマルクカフェ」。

今回ご紹介するのは、「スイートポテト&紫芋のパフェ」です。価格は720円（以下、すべて税込）。
さつまいも好きの筆者。サンマルクカフェから、期間限定でさつまいものパフェが登場したと知り、さっそく食べに行ってきました！
トッピングは、さつまいもペースト、紫芋アイス、ソフトクリーム。
公式サイトによると、「しっとり濃厚なさつまいもペーストと、色鮮やかな紫芋アイスがのったおいもづくしのパフェ」なのだとか。
さらに、コーンフレーク、プリンも入っていて贅沢！
さつまいもペーストは、まったりと舌に絡みつくくらい濃厚。
さつまいもそのものを食べているようで、本当においしいです。
パラパラと振り掛けられた黒ごまとの相性もバツグン！
香りとコクをプラスして、さつまいもの旨みをしっかりと引き立てています。
紫芋のアイスは、さっぱりしていながらもお芋のほっこりとした甘さを楽しめます。
舌の上に、ざらりとした食感が少し残るもの心地いい。
お芋とアイスのいいとこどりしたみたいなおいしさで、とっても気に入りました。
フレッシュなミルク感を楽しめるソフトクリームには、甘くてほろ苦いカラメルソースがたっぷりとかかっています。
このまま食べてもおいしいのですが、さつまいもペーストや紫芋アイスと一緒に食べるのがおすすめ！
特に、さつまいもペーストと合わせると、スーッと溶けるソフトクリームと、口の中にしばらく残るさつまいもペーストの面白い対比が楽しめますよ。
トッピングの下には、コーンフレークが入っています。
個人的にパフェのコーンフレークはあまり好きではないのですが、今回のは食べてみてびっくり！
カラメルソースがたっぷりとかかっているので、おいしく食べられました。
ソフトクリームを少し残しておいて、一緒に食べるのもおいしいですよ。
