13日午前、日本のはるか南の海上で台風11号が発生しました。日本への直接の影響はない見込みで、気象庁は、付近を通る船舶に注意するよう呼びかけています。

気象庁の観測によりますと、13日午前9時、日本のはるか南のフィリピンの東の海上で、熱帯低気圧が台風11号に変わりました。

中心の気圧は1004ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は18メートル、最大瞬間風速は25メートルで、暴風域はありませんが、中心から半径440キロ以内では風速15メートル以上の強い風が吹いています。

台風はゆっくりと西へ進んでいて、今後も勢力をあまり強めない見通しで、16日の木曜日には熱帯低気圧に変わると予想され、日本への直接の影響はない見込みです。
