駅ビル商品を郵便局で受取「えきぽす」 JR東×日本郵政
日本郵政とJR東日本は、駅販売商品の郵便局受け取りサービス「えきぽす」のトライアルを開始した。JR新潟駅の駅ビル「CoCoLo 新潟」の商品を「JRE MALLオーダー」で購入し、新潟空港最寄りの新潟太平郵便局で受け取れる。手数料は1会計につき150円。

取り扱い商品は、CoCoLo 新潟に出店している「成城石井」「Un BOURBON」「HAPPY SHOP」「ON THE UMAMI」4店舗の約40商品。いずれも常温商品で、焼き菓子やだしセットなどを取り扱う。
JR東日本のモバイルオーダーサービス「JRE MALLオーダー」で注文し、日本郵便の郵便局間配送サービス「ぽすちょこ便」で地域内輸送を行ない、郵便局で商品を受け取れる。
注文可能期間は9月24日～12月1日。受取可能日は10月1日～12月5日。受取郵便局は新潟太平郵便局(新潟県新潟市東区太平 2−15−3)。受け取り可能時間は9時～17時(金曜日は16時30分まで)。
日本郵政グループとJR東日本グループは24年2月に「社会課題の解決に向けた連携強化」に関する協定を締結しており、「郵便局・駅の地域コミュニティ拠点化」の実現を目指している。今回のサービスから、スキーム、オペレーション、マーケットを検証し、新しい地域内物流を目指す。
