この障害の影響で、返金対応などが発生。9月に予定していたブランド刷新よりも、現行サービスの安定的な提供と、顧客対応を優先すべきと判断し、ブランド刷新の延期を決定した。
ブランド刷新の時期については、今後、決定次第、改めて案内するとしている。
