熊本県嘉島町の「イオンモール熊本」で爆発が起きた瞬間の映像が、敷地の駐車場を走っていた車のドライブレコーダーに捉えられていました。

映像では突然、「ドン」という大きな音がして建物の壁の部分が吹き飛んだ直後、細かいがれきが白い煙とともに車に迫ってくる様子が確認できます。

車を運転していた70代の男性は「爆発で車の中も外も真っ白になってしまいました。このようなことが起きると思っておらず、とてもびっくりしました」と話していました。
