国交省 不適切整備で全日空に業務改善勧告
国土交通省は、航空機の整備業務をめぐって全日空の整備士が事実と異なる記録を作成するなど不適切な行為が確認されたとして、14日、会社に業務改善勧告を出し、来月15日までに再発防止策を報告するよう指示しました。
国土交通省によりますと、去年11月、大阪空港で全日空の整備士が旅客機のブレーキオイルを交換した際、社内規程で使用が禁止されているオイルを誤って使用したということです。
整備士は誤りに気付いたものの、安全性に問題ないと判断し、事実と異なる整備記録を作成した上で、旅客機をそのまま運航させたということです。
また、成田空港では去年11月、全日空の貨物機で貨物を固定するレールが損傷していたものの、整備士が軽微な不具合と判断して必要な修理作業を行わないまま運航させたということです。
全日空はおととしも旅客機のタイヤの交換を巡って社内規程の違反があり、国土交通省から厳重注意を受けています。
