ドコモとハロサイ、横浜市でシェアサイクルポート共同利用 全国初
シェアサイクル事業を展開するドコモ・バイクシェアとOpenStreet(HELLO CYCLING)は、両社が運営するポートの共同利用を横浜市全域で開始する協定を、横浜市と締結した。開始後には、それぞれが提供する電動アシスト自転車を、双方のポートで利用・返却できるようになる。

両社は横浜市と「横浜市シェアサイクル事業の実施に向けた協働事業」の協定を締結した。共同利用の開始は2025年度前半を予定している。両社は共同利用について合意したことを24年7月に発表していたが、実施は横浜市が全国で初めてとなる。
横浜市では25年4月より、横浜市内全域を事業区域とする「横浜市シェアサイクル事業」を開始するため、公募により選定した協働事業予定者であるドコモ・バイクシェアと、同社を幹事者とする共同事業体の構成員であるOpenStreetと協定を締結。シェアサイクルのさらなる普及に向けて、全国的な課題の解決につなげる「横浜モデル」による事業推進の取り組みを進める。
事業目的は移動の利便性の向上、都市の活性化、脱炭素社会の形成、交通安全の推進の4つ。横浜市内全域を1つの事業区域とし、シームレスな移動サービス提供を目指す。
シェアサイクルを巡っては、事業者ごとに展開エリアが形成されるとともに、ポート用地の獲得競争も激化。また、駅周辺など利便性の高い場所でのポート整備が進まないことも課題となっている。
横浜市では、共同ポート化による相互乗入による課題解決に期待する。市内全域での公有地ポート整備、規制緩和による民有地ポートの整備促進、データ活用で利用環境の改善を含めた4つの取り組みを中心とした「横浜モデル」で課題解決を図る。
