こども家庭庁 概算要求 7兆4000億円余 “プレコン”普及強化へ
こども家庭庁は、早い段階から妊娠や出産などの正しい知識を身につける「プレコンセプションケア」の普及に向けた取り組みの強化などを盛り込んだ総額7兆4000億円余りとなる来年度予算案の概算要求をまとめました。
こども家庭庁は、26日の自民党の会合で、来年度予算案の概算要求を示しました。
それによりますと、一般会計と特別会計をあわせた概算要求の総額は、7兆4229億円で今年度の当初予算より959億円多くなっています。
具体的には、若い世代が安心して希望する将来設計ができる社会の実現に向けて、若者の生活状況や将来への不安を把握するために10万人規模のアンケート調査を行うことや、仕事と子育てを両立させるための企業への補助などを盛り込んでいます。
また、早い段階から妊娠や出産などの正しい知識を身につけ、自分自身の健康に向き合うとする考え方「プレコンセプションケア」の普及に向けて、思春期の健康相談体制を整備するとしています。
三原こども政策担当大臣は記者会見で「性と健康の管理の推進や、妊娠・出産に関する希望の実現を子ども政策の主要テーマとして位置づけ、取り組みを抜本的に強化したい」と述べました。
