コーヒーをはじめ、輸入食材や珍しいお菓子などを販売するお店「KALDI COFFEE FARM」（カルディコーヒーファーム）。

今回レビューするのは「ざくざくたれ 醤油味」。価格は529円（以下、すべて税込）。
公式サイトによると、アーモンド、白ごま、ぶぶあられ、天かすといったざくざく食感の具材に、昆布やかつお節のうまみをきかせた新感覚の調味料なのだとか。
スプーンですくってみたところ、具材の多さに驚きました。
大小様々な形の具材が、ぎっしりと詰まっています。
パッケージ表示によると、アーモンド、ごま、天かす、フライドオニオン、あられ、フライドガーリック、切りイカが入っているのだそうです。
どの具材も油がたっぷりと絡んで、ツヤツヤに輝いています。
味は、予想していたよりもあっさりとした味わい。醤油の程よい塩気に、昆布とかつお節のダシがほのかにきいています。
薄味な分、中に入った具材それぞれの味わいが引き立ち、とっても風味豊か！
噛むほどに、アーモンドの香ばしさや、ガーリックの苦味、オニオンの甘みといった様々な味が口の中に広がります。
サクサク、ポリポリ、カリカリといった食感も楽しい。
公式サイトで、たまごかけご飯をオススメしていたので、筆者も試してみました。
トロッとした卵と、ザクザク具材の相性は抜群！卵の甘みによって、タレのコクがグンと増し、お箸が止まらないおいしさです！
「香ばしくて最高やー！」「ざくざく食感が良き」「おいしいからまた買って来る！」といったレビューが上がっていました。
おいしくてついつい沢山かけてしまうので、あっという間になくなりました。
公式サイトによると、蒸し鶏といったおかずにも合うとのこと。
あっさりとした味わいなので、いろんな料理に使えそうです！
