グランドセイコーの新作は、SBGW003のダイヤルの特徴であるアラビア数字のインデックスをオマージュ！

セイコーは、グランドセイコーより「キャリバー9S」初の手巻メカニカルムーブメント誕生から25年の節目に限定モデルを発表。限定数量は600本、10月9日（金）に発売を予定している。「キャリバー9S」初の手巻メカニカルムーブメント「キャリバー9S54」は、2001年に誕生。薄さと使いやすさを追求したムーブメントは、その後に進化を遂げながら、多くのドレスウォッチに搭載されてきた。そのキャリバー9S54を初めて搭載した「SBGW003」のダイヤルデザインを継承する、新たな限定モデルが登場する。本作は、キャリバー9Sの手巻メカニカルムーブメントの四半世紀に及ぶ歩みを祝し、SBGW003のダイヤルの特徴であるアラビア数字のインデックスをオマージュした。日本の歴史の中で育まれてきた藍染文化から着想を得た深みのあるネイビーカラーと、浮き出し加工によってくっきりと立体感を与えられたインデックスを組み合わせることで、美しいコントラストを生み出している。クロコダイルのストラップには職人が手作業で染め上げる本藍染の技法を採用。時間をかけて染めることで奥深いネイビーを実現した。さらに、付け替え用のストラップとして、柔らかな着け心地とシュリンク柄が特徴の牛皮革ストラップを付属する。ムーブメントは、最大巻上時に約72時間持続する手巻メカニカルムーブメント「キャリバー9S64」を搭載。裏ぶたには、「LIMITED EDITION」と「1 OF 600」の文字が記される。
