さらに下の階にある電車のホームでは天井から大量の水が漏れ出し、ホーム上に打ちつけていました。

撮影した際の状況について「改札が水浸しになり、利用客は出ようにも出られない状況でした。改札のある階からあふれた水がさらにその下の階にあるホームに流れこんだようだ」と話していました。
