SBI証券は、こどもNISA専用ファンドとして、信託報酬が「0.00%」となる「SBI・ゼロ・オールカントリー・インデックス・ファンド【愛称：ゼロカン】」を取り扱う。同ファンドは、SBIアセットマネジメントが11月17日に設定。投資信託の保有にかかるコストである信託報酬を0.00%とし、2027年1月に開始予定の「こどもNISA」専用ファンドとしてSBI証券が取り扱いする。こどもNISAは、0歳から17歳までの未成年者が対象で、年間60万円・非課税保有限度額600万円までの投資を非課税で行なえる。非課税保有期間は無期限で、18歳到達時には通常のNISAへと引き継がれる。ゼロカンは、世界の株式に分散投資する、MSCIオール・カントリー・ワールド・インデックス(配当込み、円換算ベース)に連動する投資成果を目標として運用するインデックスファンド。同ファンドの積立購入は、こどもNISAに限られ、成人後は、こどもNISAで保有している残高は通常のNISAに引き継がれ、信託報酬0.00%のまま継続保有できる。なお、同日には「SBI・オールカントリー・インデックス・ファンド【愛称：SBIオールカントリー】」も設定。ゼロカンと同一のマザーファンドを主要投資対象とし、NISA口座・課税口座などで購入でき、信託報酬は年率0.055%(税込)。MSCIオール・カントリー・ワールド・インデックスに連動する公募投資信託の中で業界最低水準としている。 SBI証券では、「投資の民主化」を目指す「ゼロ革命」を掲げ、23年9月に「オンラインでの国内株式売買手数料無料化(第1弾)」を皮切りに、「NISAにおける米国個別株式および海外ETFの売買手数料無料化(第2弾)」、「米ドル/円のリアルタイム為替手数料無料化(第3弾)」と、「取引」にかかるコストの無料化に取り組んできた。今回、こどもNISA開始にあわせ、投資信託の「保有」にかかるコストである信託報酬を0.00%とした「ゼロカン」の取組みを「ゼロ革命」第4弾と位置付け、長期的な資産形成を支援するとしている。
