3M、使い捨てなのに繰り返し使えるキッチン用クリーナー
スリーエム ジャパンはスコッチ・ブライトブランドから、使い捨ての手軽さと繰り返し使えるお得感をひとつにしたキッチン用クリーナー「スコッチ・ブライト くり返し使える使い捨てクリーナー」を発売する。6月18日出荷開始。価格はオープンで、市場想定価格は988円。

同製品は、研磨粒子なしの不織布で、洗うものの表面をキズつけることなく、こびりつきや油汚れをしっかり落とせることを特徴としている。また、破れにくい素材で複数回使用できる。
シートは泡立てやすく、また、やわらかい大判サイズで細かい部分から広い面まで洗えるため、食器や調理器具のほか、シンクやコンロまわりの掃除にも活用できる。
ミシン目でちぎって使えるロールタイプで、使っていたシートが汚れた際にはすぐに取り換えられる。
3Mが実施したキッチンスポンジに関する調査で、「すぐ油っぽくなり、汚れが落としにくい」「頻繁に交換する必要がある」「雑菌が入りやすい」「長時間使用すると臭くなる」など、消費者は汚れ落ちとともに衛生面や取り替え頻度を気にしていることがわかった。こうした背景から、泡立ちや汚れ落ちの機能性と、数回使用できる耐久性を持ちながら、気軽に使い捨てができる製品を発売する。
内容量は20シート/巻。シートのサイズは152×100mm。
