りそな、なりすましメール対策「BIMI」導入 受信画面にロゴ
りそなグループは、フィッシング詐欺等への対策のため、「BIMI(Brand Indicators for Message Identification)」を導入した。
同社グループから送信されるメールについて、対象のメールサービスを利用している場合は受信画面にブランドロゴが表示される。これにより、なりすましメールとの判別が容易になる。9月時点の主なメールサービスはGmail。対象メールサービスであっても、一部対応していないメールがある。
りそな銀行では「異常ログインの可能性」「口座の凍結」「お客さま状況の確認」「振込手続きの制限」「マイゲート(当社サイト)の利用一時制限」や「取引目的の確認」等に関するお知らせを騙り、無関係なフィッシングサイトへ誘導しようとする事象が発生しているとして注意喚起している。
このような電子メール・SMSを受け取った場合は、「電子メールに記載されているリンク等をクリックしない」「該当電子メールには返信せずに削除する」といった対応を呼び掛けている。
