新型ホンダN-VAN e:今秋発売へ
ホンダの新しい電気自動車は商用バンだ！

4月12日、ホンダは、新型軽商用EV（電気自動車）「N-VAN e:（エヌバン イー）」の発売時期を明らかにした。
新型N-VAN e:は、すでに発売中のガソリンモデルのEV版だ。N-VANの特徴である商用車としての積載性や空間価値を、EVでも実現。荷室のフロア下に搭載するバッテリーを薄型化し、床はフラットで低く、天井は高くすることで、広く大容量な荷室空間を確保。また、助手席からリアシートまでフラットにすることで、長尺の荷物が積める。さらに助手席側のセンターピラーもなくした。
パワーユニットは電動アクスルの小型化、大容量かつ薄型化したバッテリーの採用、高電圧部品の集中配置により、商用車に必要な荷室空間と実用航続距離を確保。配送業務に十分対応する航続距離としてWLTCモードで210km以上を目標に開発されている。
新型N-VAN e:は今春発売予定だったが、一部部品の量産に向けた生産体制の整備遅れのため、2024年秋の発売が発表された。なお、本製品の先行予約を2024年5月に開始するほか、価格、主要諸元などの詳細情報については6月に発表する。
