20代男性教諭 女子生徒4人にわいせつ行為 懲戒免職 千葉県教委
千葉県教育委員会は、県立高校に勤務していた20代の男性教諭を女子生徒4人にわいせつな行為をしたとして懲戒免職とするなど、処分を発表しました。
教育委員会によりますと、県立高校に勤務していた20代の男性教諭は、ことし4月から6月までの間、女子生徒4人に対して、校内やレジャー施設で複数回にわたって体を触るなど、わいせつな行為をしたということです。
5月に、生徒から職員に相談があり、教育委員会が調査して事実関係を確認し、3日付けで懲戒免職としました。
男性教諭は「女子生徒に対する距離感を考えるべきだった。取り返しのつかないことをして申し訳ない」と話しているということです。
また、県内の公立中学校に勤務していた20代の男性教諭も、以前、勤務していた中学校の女子生徒に対し、レジャー施設で体を触ったり、わいせつなメッセージを送ったりしたとして、懲戒免職としました。
このほか、県立高校に勤務する42歳の男性教諭は、卒業生の19歳の女性に対し、飲食店で飲酒させたほか、宿泊施設で抱き締めるなどのセクハラ行為をしたとして減給10分の1、1か月の懲戒処分としました。
県教育委員会は「公務員の倫理が厳しく問われている中、県民の信頼を裏切ることであり誠に申し訳なく深くおわび申し上げる」としています。
