Yahoo!フリマ/オークション、買い占めや高額転売防ぐ新方針
LINEヤフーは、「Yahoo!フリマ」と「Yahoo!オークション」で、不正な買い占めによる転売を防ぐ「転売対策ポリシー」を策定した。あわせて取り組みも強化し、ユーザーが安心かつ公平に取引できる環境の実現を目指す。
近年、発売直後を中心に需要が集中する商品において、不正な買い占めや高額転売により、一般ユーザーが適正価格で購入しにくい状況が問題となっている。こうした状況を受け、同社はより一貫性と透明性のある対応が必要であると判断し、転売対策ポリシーを定めた。
同ポリシーでは、すべての出品を一律に禁止するのではなく、取引環境への影響に応じて必要な範囲で出品を制限する。以下の状況が認められる場合、または同様の状況が生じる可能性が高い場合に、対策を実施する。
・個人利用の範囲を超え、不正な買い占めによる転売が行なわれている場合
・不正な買い占めにより商品が不足し、本来購入したいユーザーが適正価格で入手しにくい状況が見られる場合
・商品を製造・販売する事業者による注意喚起や販売方法に反する形で取引が行なわれている場合
・混乱が関連する市場全体に広がるおそれがある場合
また、希望小売価格を大きく上回る出品を制限するほか、慢性的な商品不足が見られる場合には長期的に、発売時期の需要集中が見られる場合には短期的に制限する。対象商品や制限内容、期間は同社指定のページで公表し、市場動向を踏まえて適宜見直すとしている。
なお、Yahoo!フリマとYahoo!オークションではこれまでも、2025年11月に新作ゲームソフト、26年1月に一部プラモデルを対象に、メーカー希望小売価格を超える価格での販売を一定期間禁止する取り組みを実施している。
