まずは、お鍋を使わずに作れるインスタントラーメン（袋麺）の調理法をご紹介します。

深めの耐熱容器に乾麺をそのまま入れ、袋に表記されている規定量のお湯を注ぎます。もし野菜も加えたい場合は、麺の上にのせるようにして、このタイミングで一緒に追加してください。次に、ラップをふんわりとかけ、袋に表記されている茹で時間よりも30秒短めに設定し、600Wの電子レンジで加熱します。加熱が終わったらスープの素を入れ、よくかき混ぜたら完成です。

麺のもちっとした食感もちょうどよく、鍋で茹でたときとほとんど変わらないクオリティです。この方法なら、汗もかかずにラーメンを作ることができますよ！

次に、フライパンを使わずに作れる焼きそばの調理法をご紹介します。

用意するものは、湯煎に対応しているポリ袋だけ。どんぶりなどの深めのお皿に袋を広げ、この袋の中に冷凍うどんを入れてください。うどんが完全に浸るくらいの熱湯を袋の中に注ぎ、あとは袋の口を軽く閉じて1分ほど放置するだけ。袋の底をつまようじなどで複数穴を開ければ、袋自体がザルの代わりになって、そのまま湯切りもできて楽ちんです。
