都内ランサムウェア被害 2025年 過去最多 68件 ～ 警察庁
警視庁は4月3日、令和7年におけるサイバー空間をめぐる脅威の情勢について発表した。
同資料によると、令和7（2025）年のランサムウェア被害の全国報告件数は226件で、過去最多であった2022年の230件に次いで2番目に多く、都内では68件と過去最多となった。
同資料では、ランサムウェアをビジネスモデル化した「RaaS」の横行で、攻撃者の裾野の広がりが見られたことがランサムウェア被害増加の背景にあるとしている。
ランサムウェアの手口については、VPN機器から侵入されて感染するケースが6割を超え、データを窃取したうえで「対価を支払わなければ当該データを公開する」等と対価を要求する二十恐喝型の手口が約9割であった。
また、2025年の都内でのサイバー犯罪の検挙状況については、検挙件数が2,142件、検挙人員が1,568人と前年比でともに増加している。
