イオン、「そよら飯田アップルロード」25年夏オープン 長野県初
イオンリテールは、「イオン飯田アップルロード店」をリニューアルし、2025年夏に「そよら飯田アップルロード」としてオープンする。リニューアルの第1弾として、1階食品フロアを10月25日に改装オープンする。「そよら」は長野県初となる。

イオンリテールはイオン飯田アップルロード店全館リニューアルに向けた準備を10月から進めており、リニューアル完了時には同社の新たなショッピングセンター「そよら」へ名称を変更する。子育て世帯、単身世帯対応の「日常使いの都市型ショッピングセンター」として、「お子さまを連れて一番快適に過ごせる身近な施設」を目指す。
10月25日にオープンする食品フロアでは、店内製造スペースを新たに設け、「ピッツァソリデラ」「魚魚炎(ととえん)」「ブレッドファクトリー」の3つの売場を新設。また、花、観葉植物、園芸用品の品揃えを充実させた「Flower&Garden」コーナーを展開するなど、従来の1.4倍に拡大する。そのほか、冷凍食品売場を従来の1.7倍に拡大する。
同社は飯田市においてイオン飯田アップルロード店のほか、「イオン飯田店」を展開している。飯田アップルロード店はJR飯田駅から南に約3km、中央自動車道飯田IC付近、飯田店は飯田駅から北東約4kmに位置する。両店舗とも、子育て世帯などファミリー層の増加がみられるという飯田の中心市街地から車で10分圏内。イオン飯田店は総合スーパーとして、季節商品や冠婚葬祭のニーズをはじめ、充実した品揃えと提案を行なう。
飯田エリアについてリニア新駅の開業等による賑わいを見込んでおり、今後イオンリテールは両店舗の個性を引き出し、同エリアでの買物体験の楽しさ、便利さ、快適さの強化を図る。
イオン飯田アップルロード店の所在地は長野県飯田市鼎一色456。敷地面積は約41,625m2、延床面積は約20,261m2、売場面積は約13,755m2。建物構造は2階建ておよび別棟1階建て。
