「育休中に同僚が昇進。複雑な気持ちに…」ワーママの悩みに藤本美貴がキッパリ！ 「思っている暇があったら…」乗り切るマインドとは？
タレントの藤本美貴さんが4月22日に自身のYouTubeチャンネルを更新。視聴者から募集したお悩み相談にアドバイスを送る動画を公開しました。

今回の動画のテーマは「ワーママ編」。働きながら子育てや家事をこなす、ワーキングマザーの悩みを取り上げます。
自らも働きながら3人のお子さんを育てる藤本さん。視聴者のお悩みにどのように回答していくのでしょうか？
動画内であらゆるお悩みが紹介される中、30代の女性から寄せられたお便りが取り上げられました。
《現在私は育休中なのですが、先日職場の同僚から「4月から役職にならせてもらいます！」と報告がありました》
《その方は歳は私より上ですが、入社は私より半年ほど後に入ってきました。その報告を聞いたときに複雑な気持ちになりました》
《もし私が今育休でなければ、私にもチャンスがあったのかなぁ。うらやましいなぁ》
《ミキティさんならどんなマインドでやり過ごしますか？》
お便りを聞き終えた藤本さんは、「でも育休中だからしょうがなくない？」とキッパリ。
育休を取らず働き続けていれば役職につけた可能性についても、「チャンスあったと思いますよ」とフォローしながらも、
「でも育休中なんだからしょうがないし、それを思ってもしょうがない」
と身振りを加えながら話します。
「だって私は育休中だし、私は今（昇進について）言われていないし。思ってもしょうがない事を思わない方が良い」
うらやむ気持ちを晴らすには、「だって育休中だもの『そっか！私育休中だもんな！』ていうさ」と気持ちの切り替えが大切であることを強調しました。
また逆に、育休中ではないときにその同僚が役職に就いたらどう思うか？ と問いかける藤本さん。
「そっちの方が嫌じゃない？」
「『私の方が普通先じゃない？』って思うじゃん。（そんなときは）『そっか！育休中だもんな！』って思える。『育休中で良かったじゃん』って思う」
バリバリ働いている時に同僚に先を越されるとプライドが傷ついてしまう。けれど、育休中であることにより、「『OK！育休中だから先に行かせてあげる』って思っておけば良いんじゃない」とポジティブに考えることができると言います。
