全国学力テスト 結果公表で“従来どおり”の素案 文部科学省
小中学生を対象にした「全国学力テスト」について、都道府県や政令市ごとの結果を公表することに見直しを求める声が上がる中、文部科学省のワーキンググループは、学びの改善につながるデータを公表することは必要だとして従来どおりそれぞれの結果を公表するとしたうえで、習熟度などを詳細に分析した結果も示すとしています。
小学6年生と中学3年生を対象にした全国学力テストは、都道府県や政令市ごとの平均正答率を公表していますが、テスト対策が過熱していて、全国知事会の調査では3割の知事が全国の状況のみの公表を求めるなど、見直しの必要性を指摘しています。
こうした状況を踏まえて公表方法を検討している文部科学省のワーキンググループは、11日に素案を示しました。
素案では、都道府県や政令市ごとの平均正答率については、ビッグデータの活用の観点から学びの改善につながるデータを公表することは必要だとして従来どおり公表するとしたうえで、習熟度などを詳細に分析した結果も示すとしています。
具体的には、習熟度のばらつきを見るため、得点の分布図などのほか、テストと生活習慣の調査をあわせた分析結果を公表するということです。
公表の時期については、これまでの7月末から前倒しし、7月中旬に全国平均の公表を行い、7月末以降に詳細な分析結果や都道府県と政令市ごとの結果を公表するとしています。
文部科学省は、来年度のテストから実施したいとしています。
